Motivating Full-Body Stretch.

This is a great addition to my workout room. I Have a stationary bike, treadmill and weights already so this is an added plus.. It looked a lot like my therapy routine

It took me about 20 minutes to get it together. Simple to set up. Injuring my back years ago prevented me from carrying mail, going to physical therapy, the one thing I was told I need to do is stretch and to do things that would help strengthen my core. I tried yoga but did not stay with it. Added weight has made it very hard to do anything now. Awesome Home Reformer
