Yes, the FlavorStone The Pan That Can can be used on an induction hob as well as gas, ceramic, electric, on the grill and in the oven.
What is the coating made of?
The coating is made of water based PFOA free fluororesin and infused with diamond & rock partials making non-stick & Dima-ToughTM.
What is the top temperature you can use it at?
Always cook at a moderate heat. The pan should not be used above 446ºF/230ºC and the glass lid shouldn’t be used in oven temperatures above 18OºC/356ºF.
Do you need to use oil when cooking?
The FlavorStone has non-stick coating meaning that you don’t need add any oils when cooking.
